These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Loyal4D ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Loyal4D online gambling platform, accessible at loyal4d.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Any material misrepresentation in registration information may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Loyal4D will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication.

Account security obligations include:

• Using a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Logging out from shared or public devices after each session.
• Notifying Loyal4D support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not sharing your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Loyal4D shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Loyal4D supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods. Accepted deposit channels include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). Supported payment channels may be updated from time to time at the Company's discretion.

General deposit and withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests suspended pending verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the initial deposit where reasonably practicable.
• Loyal4D processes withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.
• Loyal4D reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request, including proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership.

Loyal4D offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus (up to MYR 2,880), the 100% Standard Welcome Bonus (up to MYR 300), the 188% Esports Bonus (up to MYR 888), and the 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688). Each bonus is subject to its own individual terms as communicated at the time of the offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per account, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the specific offer.
• Maximum bet amounts apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum (typically MYR 250–500 per bet) during an active bonus may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%; table games, live dealer, and other game types may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%. Specific game contributions are detailed in individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming). Unmet wagering requirements after expiry will result in automatic bonus forfeiture.
• Loyal4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, co-ordinated play, or exploitation of bonus terms — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the Loyal4D platform across all game categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and esports:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement except where expressly permitted by game-specific rules or where a technical error has occurred.
• Loyal4D reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, Loyal4D's decision — made in good faith following review of available information — shall be final and binding.
• Loyal4D uses independently certified RNG (Random Number Generation) technology for all virtual and slot games. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are not influenced by prior results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Loyal4D platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process, transfer, or obscure funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through hedging, systematic wagering patterns designed to minimise risk, or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue through Loyal4D's official support channels.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event.
• Prohibited Software: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an artificial advantage over the platform or other players.
• Underage Gambling: Knowingly accessing the platform as a person under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a person under 21.

All content on the Loyal4D platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, source code, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Loyal4D platform without prior written consent from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loyal4D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical interruptions, server downtime, or system failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the Player's failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• Losses resulting from reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform that contains errors.
• Damages arising from the use of third-party payment processors, e-wallets, or cryptocurrency networks.

Loyal4D makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under law.

Loyal4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. All players are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account activity for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Loyal4D will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion requests.

Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your Loyal4D account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by Loyal4D: The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to meet or maintain account eligibility requirements.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

In cases of termination for cause, Loyal4D reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, legitimate real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the verified account holder.

Loyal4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at the Company's sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the Loyal4D platform following the notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you should cease use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Loyal4D holds its international gaming licence. This document does not constitute a submission to any particular national jurisdiction and is not governed by Malaysian domestic law.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through Loyal4D's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. The Company will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties may seek resolution through arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body, or through the licensing jurisdiction's designated regulatory dispute resolution channel.
